Terms and Conditions

  1. Payment Policy:
    Payment is due in full at booking. Methods accepted include cash, credit/debit card, or electronic transfer.
  2. Validity:
    Packages are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused sessions will expire after this period.
  3. Rescheduling & Cancellations:
  • Minimum 24-hour notice required for rescheduling or cancelling sessions.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows will result in session forfeiture.
  1. Health & Liability:
    Clients must complete a health questionnaire prior to training. Client responsibility includes informing the trainer of any health issues or injuries.
  2. Session Duration:
    Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes. Some sessions may include additional time for assessments or consultations.
  3. Liability Waiver:
    Participation is voluntary. Clients agree to hold the trainer harmless for injuries or accidents occurring during sessions, except in cases of gross negligence.
